Return and Exchange Policy

At Just Chicas, we strive to make returns as painless as possible.  Just Chicas provides you with a 21-day satisfaction guarantee. You may return your product for any reason within 21 days of delivery of the product. Refund requests outside of the 21 day window will not be accepted. (Some restrictions apply. See information below.) If you find that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know .

This does not apply to special order items and adult products. Special order items and adult products are non-returnable.  Items received broken, damaged or out of box failures are an exception.

Return and Exchange Fees

If you need to return or exchange your product, please contact us .  We will happily refund you the purchase price of the product minus a 10% restocking fee.

If the return is due to the product being defective or because of our error, all fees are covered by us.  Shipping costs are not refunded.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). A RMA may be obtained by contacting our customer service department within the specified return window above.  RMA’s are good for 30 days after issuance.  If delivery of a package is refused without prior authorization, or for any reason other than obvious shipping damage, then you will be responsible for the shipping costs in addition to the restocking fee.

Most likely not, we have aligned with various vendors who will ship products directly to our customers. You may see a vendor name on the box, a plain USPS box, or some other packaging but rest assured your order will be tracked and handled by Just Chicas and our stellar customer support team.

Since we utilize various vendors, once an order is placed, packages are shipped from different locations. At the time of shipment of your products, a tracking number will be given. Should the packages be coming from multiple vendors, additional tracking numbers will be supplied for each package sent.

Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days. We are currently utilizing shippers from within the continental United States in order to reduce our customers wait times for their products. Most orders will arrive within 1-2 weeks for in stock items.

We work hard to ensure only in stock items are visible on our site. Should you end up in a situation where an item order has become out of stock (someone hit purchase seconds before you and inventory didn’t update)…it can happen!… a support representative will contact you to determine if you wish to replace the item with something else, wait for the item while on back order, or cancel your order entirely.

If the item purchased was defective or damaged and you are within the 21 day return window, please go to our customer support page to report the issue with your purchase. Please include your order number, a description of the item to return and a detailed explanation of the problem you are having. If determined to be defective or damaged an RMA will be issued for return of the product. If the item is still currently in stock we will provide an exchange of the same item. If the item is no longer available and you have contacted us within 21 days of the purchase date, Just Chicas may issue you a refund in the amount of the original purchase price less shipping costs. Just Chicas may require the defective item be returned before an exchange or refund occurs. In the event the item returned is found not to be damaged or defective you may be assessed a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charge will not be refunded. Should your return request be past the 21 day window, an alternative for damaged and defective products would be to contact the manufacturer to determine if some other resolution is available.

If you buy something you don’t end up liking (e.g. size, color, fit, etc.). Be mindful, we only accept returns for unopened, unworn, damaged and defective items.
